LINDA EVANS
Linda Evans used to dominate the small screen back in the 1960s. Five years after she joined the entertainment world, she secured a role in the Western TV series The Big Valley. However, it was in the 1980s primetime soap opera Dynasty that she is best known for. Here, she played the role of Krystle Carrington from 1981 to 1989.
Nobody could deny the greatness of Evans as Krystle; she was consecutively nominated for four years for Best Actress in a Television Drama on Golden Globe Award and won one. This is just one of the many nominations that Evans earned and won from this role. However, despite the fame, the actress left the show and made an investment to build a small chain of fitness centers. She then went to reprise her Dynasty role in 1991 but ultimately retired from acting in 1997. Anyhow, Evans returned to the business in 2020 and was once again active in the entertainment world.
