GOLDIE HAWN

Goldie Hawn was a strong force in Hollywood cinema in the 1970s. She used to be a bankable star and maintained this status for more than three decades, from the 1970s to the 1990s. Though she rose to famed in the sketch comedy Rowan & Martin’s Laugh-In, it was in the Cactus Flower that she got everyone’s attention—even that of the Academy and Golden Globe Awards.

Hawn went on to do several movies from then on and earned nominations and accolades here and there. Meanwhile, aside from being a good actress, the 76-year-old star is also known for being the mother of the actors Oliver Hudson, Kate Hudson, and Wyatt Russell. She, too, is the long-time partner of the fellow actor Kurt Russell. With her success, Hawn knows how to give back to the people and makes a massive investment in founding The Hawn Foundation, which helps educate underprivileged children.
