The enamored pair first met in 2007 and married in August 2014. However, their relationship hasn’t been without its ups and downs. Together, they’ve conquered the toughest of hurdles on their way to the altar.

The two met for the first time at a Super Bowl party, but it wasn’t love at first sight. They dated for a while, and Wade popped the big question to Union in 2013. They were married in a lavish Miami ceremony on August 30, 2014. It’s not easy juggling hectic occupations and raising children, but the Wades make it look easy. The athlete claims it’s because they both make a conscious effort to prioritize family.
